Conquering POMPHREY HILL PARKRUN - Sub 24 Minute Challenge!

Описание: POMPHREY HILL PARKRUN! We are returning to Pomphrey Hill Parkrun to see if we can break the 24 minute time! The course is three clockwise laps of the perimeter of the playing fields, starting on the corner near to the cricket nets and finishing on the path that goes up the middle of the site. It’s largely flat and run on gravel or tarmac paths, including the uphill stretch nicknamed ‘Up Pomphrey’. It is a busy parkrun with usually around 300 attendees, therefore, you will find that you may get a bit caught up with the crowd at the start. A nice scenery for a parkrun and a great atmosphere too! I will be doing parkruns all over the UK and rest of the world! Every Saturday I take part in a 5K run trying my hardest to get under 20 mins. Pomphrey Hill parkrun is a parkrun towards the East of Bristol, UK. It is a great run to tick off the "P" on the alphabeteer challenge. Let me know if you have ever completed the course.
