TIRAMISU ALLE FRAGOLE - strawberries tiramisu

🇮🇹 INGREDIENTI per 8 - 10 porzioni
500 gr di fragole (250 + 250)
il succo di 1/2 limone
3 cucchiai di zucchero
300 ml di acqua
250 gr di mascarpone
250 gr di panna già zuccherata ( se fresca + 2 cucchiai di zucchero a velo )
250 gr di savoiardi
menta per decorare
pirofila 16 x 22 cm
