We are back with a new recipe Tihar Special fini Roti. It is two in one video. We are also making Khaja mithai recipe in the same video. Fini Roti is a traditional dish popular during Tihar while Khaja Mithai is popular during Chhat Puja. Both the dishes are made in the same way with slight variation. Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
All purpose flour 500 gm
Oil/Ghee 50 ml
Water

100 ml oil/ghee
100 gm rice flour

250 gm sugar
125 ml water
½ tsp crushed cardamoms
