INGREDIENTS
Drumstick
(Muringakka) - 3 no's
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Grated coconut - 1 cup ( 200 ml cup)
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coconut oil - 1.5 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilli - 2 no's
Curry leaves - few
Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
Water - Required
METHOD
Take a kadai, add drumstick,chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and required quantity of water and cook well.
Take a mixi jar, add 1 cup of coconut and cumin seeds and grind coarsely.
Add coconut paste into the curry and mix well and cook till raw smell goes out.
Take a pan, heat coconut oil splitter the mustard seeds, red Chilli and curry leaves. Add 3 tbsp of coconut and roast till it become Golden brown colour. Then add in to the curry and mix well.
