Join Clara for this 50 Minute Full Body Pilates Class! Pilates is a low impact form of exercise which builds strength while challenging balance and coordination. Clara will take you through various exercises which will target multiple muscle groups and leaving you feeling energised and refreshed. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, and does not require any props.
