Ingredients:
1 Bag Tapioca Pearls
Aprox. 2 Lbs Ground Pork
1 Red Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup Garlic, Minced
1 1/2 Bags Brown Sugar
2-4 Tsp Salt
2-4 Tsp Black Pepper
2-4 Tsp MSG (optional)
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Bag Dried Salted Radish
1 Cup Peanuts, Shredded
Directions:
Heat pan with a little vegetable oil
Add the garlic and onion to brown
Add brown sugar
Add Ground Pork, Continue cooking
Add salt, pepper and msg
Add dark soy sauce
Add dried salted radish
Add shredded peanuts
Cook Thoroughly
Set aside to cool
Wash/Rinse the tapioca balls in warm water for 5 minutes
Roll the meat stuffing into balls and cover completely in the tapioca pearls (dont leave any holes)
Boil a pot of water, when hot, drop in the tapioca balls and cook until the pearls turn from white to clear
Place finished balls onto a bowl or plate and coat in a light oil to prevent sticking
Serve with lettuce and your favourite vegetables!
