Pidi - cooking time - 10 minutes ( medium flame )

Coconut milk - 1+1/2 cup ( 1 st extract )
Coconut milk - 5 + 3/4 cup ( 2 nd extract )
White Raw Rice - 1/2 cup ( soaked )
Banana - 2 no.s ( big size )
Banana cooking time - 2 minutes ( low flame)
Jaggery syrup - 1 +1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Pidi - 3/4 cup
Cooked kadala parippu - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 +1/2 tsp ( grinded with sugar )
Chukku podi - 1 tsp ( dry ginger powder )
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/4 tsp
Cooking time - when it comes to boil switch off the flame
Ghee - 2 table spoon
Cashew nuts
