We’ve worked with skincare specialist, Dr Christine Choi Kim, to develop the Drops of Youth™ Youth Liquid Peel “Butterfly Technique”.

Dr. Kim explains that starting in our twenties, our complexions start to dull as cell turnover naturally starts to slow down. She recommends using a purifying product like Drops of Youth™ Youth Liquid Peel twice a week to reveal a more youthful, glowing and radiant complexion, just like a butterfly emerges from its cocoon.

Let’s get started!

Designed for evening use, begin by removing any make-up. Then, dispense two pumps of the Youth Liquid Peel onto your fingertips and rub together.

STEP 1 – THE ANTENNA
Starting with the brows, trace the outline of the antenna up towards the temples using circular and linear motions. You should start to feel the residue building up!

STEP 2 – THE BODY
Follow the body of the butterfly down nose, upper lip and chin, using the same massage techniques, working the product into the skin.

STEP 3 – THE UPPER WING
Use circular motions on the apples of the cheeks and sweep up along the line of your cheekbones to trace the upper wing.

STEP 4 – THE LOWER WING
Continue using the same circular motions and sweep down towards the jawline, following the outline of the lower wing.

We recommend repeating the Butterfly Technique again before rinsing thoroughly with your favourite The Body Shop cleanser.

And there you have it, a super-easy massage technique to help your skin look fresher and more youthful.
