Vanda follows these steps to create the perfect DIY firming massage:

1. Massage the Thai Makrut Lime Firming Oil onto your legs, arms, and stomach
2. Follow the rhythm tapping tapping technique to massage the oil deeper into your thighs, under your bottom, and just above your hips
3. Then, apply oil into your hands and slide them down your upper arms in a strong motion
4. Complete this part of firming skin routine by applying and massaging Ethiopian Green Coffee Cream into your legs, stomach, and arms
