Today's exploration looks at how an ART engages with risks during PI Planning and how maturity brings a change in stance from risks being something that happen to us to risks being things we choose to accept as a result of the actions we choose. I then look at the four levels of metrics and how ART maturity leads to engaging at a higher level.
