・Green onion : about 25cm

・Black pepper : a little
・Grated ginger : 3g
・Roasted sesame seeds : 3g
・Potato starch : 8g

[Yakitori sauce]
・Soy sauce : 20g
・Mirin : 15g
・Sake : 15g
・Sugar : 6g

[材料] 
・鶏ひき肉 : 200g
・紫蘇の葉 : 10枚
・白ネギ : 25cmほど
・塩 : 少々
・黒コショウ : 少々
・おろし生姜 : 3g
・いりごま : 3g
・片栗粉 : 8g

[焼き鳥のタレ]
・醤油 : 20g
・みりん : 15g
・料理酒 : 15g
・砂糖 : 6g
