In this full-body strength workout, we are working on building muscle and curves! The structure today will include supersets, tempo techniques, and heavy weights to accomplish that goal!
This workout focuses on our major muscle groups in the upper body, lower body, and core to accentuate definitions and curves! You will find the tempo and superset combo is an awesome one to really activate and work your muscles! I had a lot of fun with this workout and I hope you do too!
30-MINUTE FULL BODY STRENGTH & TRAINING - EXERCISES &
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS- When selecting your weight today, pick something heavy! The weight should feel very challenging throughout each set. I'm using 10lbs/4.5kg-50lbs/22.6kg in this workout!

SIX SUPERSETS REPEATED TWICE
WORK: 50 SECONDS
REST: 40 SECONDS

-ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
-ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGE
-REVERSE GRIP ROW
-KNEELING CROSSBODY CURL
-LOW HOLD GOBLET SQUAT
-SUMO SQUAT
-NARROW PUSH-UP
-HIPS UP CHEST FLY
-GLUTE BRIDGE
-SUMO ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
-SHOULDER PRESS
-L-RAISE
