Feel better from head to toe with this low-impact, senior-friendly workout you can do seated or standing. Joe Fish starts with a dynamic warm-up, move into strength training (using light dumbbells or household items like water bottles/soup cans), add core work, range-of-motion exercises (with a small ball or even a knotted hand towel), and finish with aerobic intervals, leg strengthening, and a full-body stretch and cool-down.
You’ll work your whole body with easy-to-follow moves like:
-Marching, squats (no jumping), high knees, and butt kicks
-Rows, bicep curls, triceps kicks, shoulder raises
-Wood chops, Russian twists, Romanian deadlifts
-Balance + mobility drills for hips, ankles, and feet
-Fun coordination work (ball toss / hand-eye exercises)
-Gentle stretching for neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips, and legs
Equipment (optional): chair, water, light weights (2–3 lb), small squishy ball (or a hand towel tied in a knot).
Safety reminder: listen to your body, take breaks anytime, and keep a chair or counter nearby for support.
