#ExploringWalk Errata : The station after Kwasa Damansara on Google Earth map should be Kampung Selamat and not Kampung Batu ( 1:17 to 1:24 in the video )
For MRT Putrajaya Line Phase 1 operations, Kwasa Damansara serves as the northern terminus for both MRT Putrajaya Line and MRT Kajang Line.
The station is operating on 2 levels. Trains terminating on one level are departing from a different level. Hence, MRT Kajang Line is terminating on Level 1 but departing for Kajang on Level 2. Likewise, MRT Putrajaya Line is terminating on Level 2 but departing for Kampung Batu from Level 1.
Above arrangements facilitate cross-platform interchange. Passengers from Kajang/Kuala Lumpur are arriving on Level 1. By walking across the island platform, they could join the MRT Putrajaya Line for Kampung Batu.

Out of the 12 stations in Phase 1 of MRT Putrajaya Line, 10 stations are based on island platform design. Two exceptions are Kampung Selamat and Sri Damansara Sentral stations. These two stations are having dual side platforms, one for each direction of travel, as opposed to the island platform where a single platform lies between the tracks.
