My grandma and aunt graciously took videos for me to help inspire you as my grandma is in her 80s and moving really well! 😇

Traveling can be a hassle when you’re not sure how your joints are going to respond to walking and whether you are going to have to deal with pain, limping or muscle fatigue while on the trip 😔

Airports tend to require quite a bit of walking with an added difficulty of wheeling a suitcase or carrying a bag too 😳

Prepare your joints for walking longer distances by practicing the repetition ☝🏽

Walking can typically be difficult because muscles fatigue too quickly and can’t support the joints as much as they need to 🫠

Building strength at higher repetitions can help with this!

Set a timer for 1-2 minutes, starting with a lower time then working your way up. Try to get as many repetitions as you can in that time 🙌🏼

You can add these movements during commercial breaks, at the end of a workout or throughout the day when you have a few minutes ✅

The goal is to repeat 1-2 times depending on how your joints feel. You can also increase either speed or time to make it more challenging. Use support as needed and modify for safety ⚠️
