The advanced technology of the injector 4000 PLUS allowed a conveyor simple to use by taking advantage of the precision of all parameters:

The memory of each mold can be stored or:
• in a micro chip (unlimited memory)
• in the memory of the machine

A SENSOR DETECTS THE NEXT MOLD ON THE BELT AND THANKS TO THE MICRO CHIP, THE INJECTOR ADJUSTS THE PARAMETERS OF EACH MOLD VERY PRECISELY :

• automatic centering of the mould
• X and Y adjustable pressures
• vacuum, injection, cooling delays
• clamp and injection pressures
