In this workout we will perform 7 exercises one after the other using metabolic resistance protocol. In rounds 3 and 4 we change the variation of the exercise.
Round 1
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and move onto the next round
1. Reverse Grip Rows
2. Floor Chest Press (single down, single down, double up)
3. Reverse Lunges (single Db alt hands)
4. Upright Rows
5. Alt Bicep curls
6. Overhead Triceps extensions
7. Core ab (thigh sliders)
Round 2
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and move onto the next round
1. Back rows wide
2. Chest press neutral grip
3. Forward lunges
4. Close grip upright rows
5. Bicep hammer curls
6. Overhead Triceps extensions
7. Core ab (thigh sliders)
Round 3
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other. Rest for 60 seconds and move onto the next round.
