I imported this machine a few years ago from Italy as I thought it was pretty cool. It's like a mid-way machine between the Mk1 and Mk2 Sensotronic - I has the Mk1 pedal design but features from the Mk2 like hose parking.
I believe 'Expert' is a line of European electrical stores so Hoover likely manufactured this cleaner as a special edition, much like they created the Exclusive line for our UK Electricity Boards.
