The 2022 Société du Lambic Brew Session was held on Saturday March 12, 2022. Members were invited to bring their brew systems on site for a massive communal brew session. Our production target was 350 gallons of Lambic, a $44,000 street value. We'd like to give a big thanks to the guys at MoreBeer ( https://www.morebeer.com/ ) for helping us with the ingredients.
