In this video, I’ll show you how to make super fluffy pancakes 🥞 that are soft, light, and absolutely delicious! Follow along step by step and enjoy making this simple dessert at home.

Ingredients:
🥚 2 Eggs
🥛 1 tbsp Milk
🌾 3 tbsp (27g) Flour
🧁 1 tsp Baking Powder
🍬 2 tbsp (24g) Sugar
✨ Optional: A splash of water for fluffier pancakes

Instructions:

1. Mix eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder for 3–4 minutes until smooth. 🥄
2. Gradually add sugar and mix gently.
3. Grease the pan and cook over low heat. A little water helps pancakes cook better. 💧
4. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. ⏱
5. Watch how they puff up – it’s magical! ✨
6. Serve and enjoy your delicious pancakes! 😋
