4 Dumbbell thrusters (50lbs/35lbs each)
6 Toes to bar
24 Double unders
Important areas to hit in warm-up prep:
Double under skill for 3-5 minutes.
Lower leg mobility - foam rolling soleus/calves/feet.
Hamstring mobility - PNF (contract relax) with sit & reach.
Important tips for best success:
80% effort - record one round and divide those seconds by .8 for an interval to hit (no faster).
Dumbbells between feet on thruster with wider stance.
Backswing in toes to bar, especially when fatigued.
Relaxed shoulders in double unders, swing rope from wrists.
Limit transition time to movement between equipment.
