Jason demonstrates proper form and how to balance the barbell as you squat to depth and power up from the floor for explosiveness. This is a full body power move that will strengthen the lower body, hips and back for a strong foundation to build upon. In this video, Jason offers up fundamental squatting tips to remember when performing the squat: always keep the neck neutral to avoid any strain or injury (do not look down or raise your head when performing the squat), center the weight in the heels and focus on driving up through the heels when you come up, make sure your foot spacing and positioning is both comfortable and even.
