Calisthenics is known for being efficient in building muscle definition and that raw, natural, athletic body that performs as it looks. In this video, I explain why I started calisthenics, aka bodyweight training, and most especially, why I started and stopped doing high-volume training.
Sometimes it's too much training, and at some point, we simply do not have the time anymore, which is why it's important to develop consistent and natural results. If natural, you'll keep your physique and athleticism for a lifetime! So, in a way, with baby steps, once you reach your natural and genetic potential, it's a lot easier to maintain.
I also discuss about strength and muscle maintenance and why bodyweight training does that best.
