High Rep Calisthenics, also known as Endurance Calisthenics, is a minimalistic training style built around the basics: Pull Ups, Dips, Push Ups, Rows - and at the advanced level muscle ups. But importantly, simple doesn't mean ineffective. We see it over and over, these athletes are exceptionally strong, but also surprisingly muscular and aesthetic. In this video, I show you why endurance calisthenics works so well, and four simple methods to get started.
