Meal 1: Reggs = $3.05 : Macros: P40 C96 25F= 860 Calories
Meal 2 : Pad Krapow (per meal) $4.40 = 120P 99C 30F - 1225 Calories
Meal 3: Beef Patties & Rice = $3.15 = P80 104C 50F - 1300 Calories

Total = $10.60 day.
5-10 Thai chilies,
5 cloves garlic
1 spur chilies or another mild, red pepper, chopped
Thai basil
½ small onion, diced
500g chicken mince or pork mince (or both)
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
4Tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp fish sauce
4 Tbsp water
3 tsp stevia
1. Pound garlic and chilies and pound into a rough paste.
2. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce water and stevia
3. Cook garlic and chilli
4. Add chicken and toss until they're no longer in big clumps. Add the sauce and continue tossing until the chicken is almost done.
5. Add onions and long beans; toss until the chicken is done.
6. Remove from heat and stir in the holy basil.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
