Skyrim Battles - Frost Giant vs. Frost Trolls, Pyromancer, Dragon Priest, and more

Описание: Frost Giants are a variant of giants introduced in the Dawnguard DLC. They have much more health and do a lot more damage. Unlike other giants, Frost Giants don't sprint (except for running power attacks), making them very vulnerable to ranged attacks.

The round against the Arch Pyromancer almost entirely depends on the Pyromancer staying away from the Frost Giant. If he gets too close, the Frost Giant takes him down in no time, even without power attacks. The Arch Pyromancer can win if he moves away far enough from early on, which he doesn't do consistently, and this only works on open maps anyway.

The Dragon Priest round is similar, although he's tanky enough to face the Frost Giant at close ranges and still be a significant threat. The Priest sometimes wins if he keeps his distance, but often loses if the Frost Giant staggers him a few times.
The Dragon Priest needs to summon his atronach and attack very consistently in order to win, needing a good amount of luck.
At close range and with no stagger, they're almost equal, with the Frost Giant being slightly better. Note that Dragon Priests who don't use fire spells do much worse.

There are 5 Frost Giants in the game. The result of all of them fighting against Voslaarum and Naaslaarum at their maximum level mostly depends on the dragons landing. If they stay up in the air long enough, they quickly destroy the Frost Giants. If one of them lands early and next to the Frost Giant troop, he gets beaten up badly.
