The Champion of Boethiah is getting his second dedicated episode! I have lots of request for him, so we'll definitely see him again in the future too!
He uses a Forsworn melee boss template up to level 51, making him equivalent to a Briarheart, except for the gear and the fact that he only has one sword which he doesn't dual wield. His sword is a random leveled one and always enchanted. In this video, he has the same sword as the Ebony Warrior. He can even have a Daedric one, but that's very rare.
His unique Ebony Mail doesn't normally work when used for NPC fights, but I adjusted it so it has the effect like when the player uses it.
Because the Champion is based on a Forsworn template, and those scale with light armor instead of heavy armor, he only has a heavy armor skill of 15, which significantly deceases the efficiency of his armor. However, because his armor set is of very high quality, he still gets a decent amount of damage resistance.
Isran has no level cap, so I put my own level at 51, matching the Champion. That makes Isran level 56 due to his 1.1 multiplier. He stands absolutely no chance. Even at level 200 and 2340 HP, he got killed with the Champion still having 420/623 HP left at the end.
The round with the Bandit Chiefs is pretty interesting. They and the Champion are glass cannons who do very high damage and have rather low health (although they all have good armor). In these fights, they're equipped with top-tier gear; the Chiefs have the best armor they can naturally spawn with (full Nordic armor, and an Orcish shield for the mace Chief), and the best weapons (an Elven Warhammer of Blizzards and an Elven Mace of Blizzards, respectively), while the Champion has arguably the second-best weapon he can have (an Ebony Sword of the Vampire).
The Chiefs' Skullcrusher and Bone Breaker perks, which ignore 50% of the opponent's armor, are very useful against the Champion.
I did 33 rounds with the warhammer Chief. The Champion won 22 and lost 11.
With the mace Chief, I did 45 rounds. The Champion won 29 and lost 15. In between, after 33 rounds, they were also at 22:11 for the Champion.
Additionally, I did 20 rounds with a Chief with an Elven Sword of Blizzards instead of the mace. The Champion won 15 and lost 5.
Putting the Champion against some Forsworn feels obligatory because he uses their template. The Ravager had 20 rounds and lost every single one of them.
The Briarheart also had 20 rounds. The Champion only won 5 and lost 15. Their stats are the same, but even though the Champion has much better armor and a superior weapon, the Briarheart's DPS is about twice as high as the Champion's, usually securing him the victory.
With the Elder Dragon, I did 10 rounds. The Champion won 7 and lost 3. His increased fire resistance from being a Dunmer is very handy. A frost-type Elder Dragon is a much bigger threat for him.
