Keto Hamburger Buns - Gluten Free, Hearty and Delicious!

Описание: This is a recipe that I've been working on with one of my subscribers (Don, aka "CalgaryGuy") for the last several weeks. Don really did most of the work on this as we went back and forth with different ideas to tweak the recipe. The resulting bun is hearty, yet moist. It has a soft texture, but it still stands up to a juicy burger without crumbling or becoming mushy.

I know that everybody calls every one of their recipes "The Best", but in terms of a keto bun that doesn't use vital wheat gluten, this is certainly the best one I've tasted so far...
