Porcupine Meatballs

Описание: This is a video on how to make porcupine meatballs. You may be wondering, why is this dish called porcupine meatballs? Are the meatballs made with porcupine meat? No - these meatballs are not made with porcupine meat. The meatballs get their name from the uncooked rice that is added to the ground to form the meatball. As the meatball cooks, the rice is supposed to stick out of the meatball a bit and resemble the spiky quills of a porcupine. Regardless of what this dish is called, I still really enjoyed having some rice baked in with my meatball. It made this a filling dish.
