The 'Hold 63 LCI OFF' your NeoTherms is alerting you that one of the components in your 'Safety Chain' has tripped and needs to be diagnosed, re-set, and/or repaired. Prior to 2016, all NeoTherms (both Commercial and Residential) were built with the EMEA display and do not have a touchscreen display. But currently, all Residential NeoTherms still use the EMEA Display.
If you are getting a 'Hold 63 LCI OFF' on your display, this video will show the licensed contractor how to easily test each safety component that is hooked up to the unit.
