In this video, I’m sharing five workouts that you should absolutely not skip if you have a BBL. These exercises are essential for enhancing your surgical results and achieving the shape you desire. I know firsthand how easy it is to avoid training your glutes after a BBL, but trust me, these workouts are crucial for your overall physique.
First up, we have hip thrusts. This exercise is a staple for glute development and can be done in various ways. I recommend using a Smith machine for stability, but you can also use a bench or box to elevate your feet for maximum effectiveness. Remember to keep your core tight and focus on squeezing your glutes at the top of the movement. Aim for 4 sets of 8 to 12 reps, progressively increasing the weight as you get stronger.
Next, we have walking lunges. These are fantastic for targeting your glutes, but make sure to take a big stride and lean forward to really engage those muscles. If you're not comfortable with weights yet, start without them and build your confidence.
Kickbacks are another must-do exercise. They can be done with bands or weights, and there are several variations to keep things interesting. Experiment with different techniques to find what works best for you.
Lastly, I recommend Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs). This exercise is perfect for glute hypertrophy. Focus on a slow, controlled movement to really feel the burn in your glutes and hamstrings.
Remember, these workouts are not just about your backside; they will enhance your entire physique. Don’t let the gym intimidate you!
