【Pain Hydrodissection series: Superior Cluneal Nerve "De-sandwiching"】

Описание: Our inclusion criteria for entrapped superior cluneal nerve:
1. positive Tinel sign at iliac crest overlying the fibro-osseous tunnel
2. positive scratch-collapse test (SCT) upon scratching over the superior part of buttock
3. no signs of radicular-type of pain

It's just a clinical hypothesis, which mandates more objective measurements to conform or rule out the effectiveness of this "de-sandwiching" approach.
