Since 2012 I’ve deepened my knowledge of mind-body modalities to support peak performance and confidence. I’ve trained internationally with top experts. I trained in Systemic Coaching, I’m an EFT Pactitioner, Certified TRE Provider and Advanced IEMT Practitioner.
