Hey everyone - thanks so much for watching my What I Eat in a Day for Weight Loss and Weigh In Update video. This is pretty much a typical day for me. I tend to eat the same things and my body seems to react well to most of my meals. I try not to eat too much processed food and mostly eat foods that I cook myself. This week I had a great weigh in and lost 2.8 pounds and so far I have lost 66 pounds following the WW Blue Plan (formerly Weight Watchers).
