Simple recipe for Catalan-style saffron milk cap mushrooms I gleaned from a book passage by Valentina Wasson, wife of Gordon Wasson. If I remember correctly he was the one who wrote extensively on the use of A. muscaria.
Either way Valentina was Russian and obsessed with mushrooms, but went on to describe what she called a classic recipe for the mushrooms from Spain I've recreated here for the home kitchen. Full recipe in the link at the top of the video description.
