PAR is a show dedicated to a single premise, that American policing needs reform, that the current police culture is toxic to residents and to the officers themselves. Republicans AND Democrats alike have allowed law enforcement to terrorize citizens, seize their assets and violate their constitutional rights. We believe citizen oversight of police is just the beginning of our work.
