potato sandwich recipe
Boiled potato 250 gram
bread slice 4
crushed red chili 2 gram
zeera 2 gram
Turmeric 2 gram
onion 10 gram
coriander 3 gram
mayo 30 gram
mint 15 gram
green chili 5 pcs
Boiled potato drin extre water dry then add all dry items and mix well.
now graind mint coriander and green chili now take out then add mayo and mex well ,make a layer of green mayo paste on the bread slice make put salad leave then topped with potato mixture then tomato slice arrenge on top and covered with second slice of bread served with fries and salad .
