It has been established by doing naked yoga sufferers can begin to appreciate their own bodies and overcome body dysmorphia.

The third reason for doing naked yoga stems back to the origins of naked yoga, the yearning to get closer to nature, to shrug off all the shackles of modern-day society, to embrace the feeling of freedom.

Just with the nudist community naked yoga and naked yoga classes have nothing to do with sexuality and anyone taking part in a naked yoga class will find its all done in a very safe environment.

All participants of a naked yoga class remain on their yoga mats and there is no touching allowed and normally the naked yoga class is performed in low light.
