2026 Florida State IDPA Championship - CO Master 9th Place

Описание: This was my first time making the trip down to Florida to shoot their state match and I'll probably make it a point to go every year. It's a Tier 4 match with over 300 shooters, more than half of them shooting Carry Optics.

Ended up running into weather at the airport, causing a 12 HOUR DELAY before leaving O'Hare, causing us to land in Tampa around 3:30 in the morning. By the time Tom and I hopped in the rental car and drove to the AirBnB in Frostproof, it was already time to head to the range. I don't like to make excuses, but I'm going to blame the hit on the non-threat on the ZERO SLEEP! The unseasonal cold weather in Florida didn't help either...

All things considered, I'm happy with finishing 9th in Carry Optics Master and 19th overall. I seriously had the best squad! It was the 3 of us from WI/IL, blending in with the ‪@Rogle_Tactical‬ crew and others from my old stomping grounds of Atlanta, Indiana. Stages were fun, it was good to get out Milwaukee, and it was a great start to the 2026 IDPA Majors season!
