Welcome to this gentle yoga practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your breath and body. This class is meant to be either a standalone class or a warm-up for some standing postures.
This session is suitable for seniors, beginners, and anyone looking for a calm, nourishing yoga experience.
In today’s class, we’ll focus on:
✨ Gentle stretches for the back and hips
✨ Slow, mindful movement
✨ Breath awareness to calm the nervous system
✨ Optional rest and relaxation at the end
You are encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks, and use any props that feel supportive (chair, blocks, blanket, pillow).
