Let’s get our arms and shoulders looking their very best while improving our daily step count. This workout may be done with or without weights. Take it at your own pace. If you don’t have weights, you can always grab some water bottles or cans of soup. It’s amazing how fast you can tone up your upper. This workout is a perfect balance of toning and low impact cardio.
