The ingredients for Thai Spicy Glass Noodle

25 g of Cooked Pork Minced (sear pork mince in pan with a little water)
65 g of Pork Roll
20 g of Vermicelli Noodles
50 g of White Onion
50 g of Tomato
45 g of Thai Celery
5 g of Spring Onion
5 g of Coriander
½ tbsp of Palm Sugar
¼ tsp of MSG (optional)
1 tbsp of Chili and Garlic (1 clove of garlic and 7 Red Chili)
1.5 tbsp of Lime Juice
1.5 tbsp of Fish Sauce
