Cornstarch···20g

130℃ (266°F)/50-55 minutes
[Instructions]
① Combine room temperature softened unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix well.
② Gradually add milk and mix well. Sift in cake flour and cornstarch, then mix to form a dough.
③ Place the dough on plastic wrap, roll it into a 12×12cm square, and refrigerate for three hours.
④ Remove the dough, trim off any excess, and cut into 1.5×6cm pieces.
⑤ Place on a baking mat and bake at a low temperature. Let cool completely after removing from the oven.
