Learn to understand the oblique sling subsystem. Best way to train the neural-pathways is on the ground so spine and nervous system can feel supported.
Work on feeling glute max and lat on opposite side engaged and then relax completely. You can scale this up with standing variations, but will save that for another time! Great for older clients, warming up, restorative rehab, or anybody working to understand the body's natural patterning.
Do one breath per rep and keep the head and pubic bone heavy!
