Andaaze wale Ingredients:
Methi
Paneer
Pyaz
Tomato
Hari mirch
Dhaniya dandi
Lehsun
Adrak
Desi ghee
Jeera
Hing
Salt
Haldi
Lal mirch powder
Dhaniya powder
Method:
Ik blender ch tomato, lehsun, adrak, hari mirch, dhaniya dandi te red chili powder pa k blend kar lo.
Pan ch thoda oil te desi ghee le lo, jeera pao, sliced pyaz pa k brown kar lo.
Ik kadai ch thoda desi ghee te hing pao, pher roughly chopped methi pa k changi tara cook kar lo.
Hun jede pyaz brown kite us wich tomatoes wala masala pa k cook karo.
Is wich haldi, dhaniya powder, salt pa k oil separate hon tak cook karo.
Pher cooked methi pao te is nu v thodi der cook karlo. Thoda garam pani pa k masale nu pani dry hon tak cook karo.
Hun is wich paneer cubes, dhaniya te fresh cream pao and cover kar k 5 mins tak cook karo.
