Описание: If you're looking for new Asian recipes to make on the griddle, then you've got to try this crispy Asian beef, our version of Mongolian Beef on the griddle. Don't come at me... I know that vegetables and noodles aren't traditional - but this Chinese beef recipe was fantastic anyway!

The secret is tossing the sliced steak in cornstarch so it gets crispy outer layer as it cooks on the griddle. And the cornstarch also helps thicken the simple Mongolian beef sauce too. The wife and I devoured this one... hope y'all enjoy!
