Описание: This Southwest Country Fried Steak is inspired by our recent trip to Sedona, Arizona where we had a similar version of country fried steak served with a ranchero sauce and pico de gallo... so I decided to do my own twist!

Like a Mexican country fried steak (or chicken fried steak) that's perfect for breakfast, topped with an over easy egg and served with chorizo hash browns!

I'll show you how to make an easy country fried steak on the griddle - whether you top it with the homemade ranchero sauce or a creamy gravy, it'll be fantastic either way! Enjoy!
