INGREDIENTS:
Dough Preparation –
90ml of Warm Fresh Milk
1 tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of Yeast
3 cups of Flour
1 tsp of Salt
2 Eggs
2 tbsp of Olive Oil
60ml of Fresh Milk + 2 tbsp
Water
Sesame Seeds
Chicken Patty –
2 tsp of Oil
Finely chopped 1 Onion
1 ½ tbsp of chopped Garlic
½ tsp of Sugar
½ tsp of Pepper
Salt to taste
A pinch of Basil
Thyme
A pinch of Oregano
4 slices of Bread (cut into pieces)
1 tsp of Red Chili powder
1 Soup cube
½ tsp of Herbs powder (Oregano+Basil+Thyme)
Salt to taste
1 Egg
250g of Ground Chicken
Oil
Sliced Cheese
Assemble the Bun –
Bun
Chicken Patty
Lettuce
Onion Rings
Sliced Tomatoes
Sliced Cucumber
Garlic Sauce (mayonnaise + tomato sauce)
