Eight members of the Mgxada family at Tanseka village near Bityi outside Mthatha have been gunned down in two separate incidents. Heavily armed assailants opened fire and killed seven family members at their house last night. They were gathered to prepare for the funeral of another family member who had been shot and killed last week. The situation is tense.
