You can be strong, train regularly, and still deal with nagging low back pain. Strength alone doesn’t guarantee good load sharing, timing, or coordination between your hips, glutes, and spine. In this video, I explain why strong people still get back pain and what usually gets overlooked in training and recovery. When the system moves and coordinates better, the back doesn’t have to work overtime.
